TEAM DETAILS:
$125 entry per team
5 players max per team
5 games guaranteed - 6th game for championships
Coach/Captain of teams are responsible for getting waivers signed by participants/guardians
Schedule will be announced a week in advance
Registration closed on November 8th
Each member of the teams will receive a drawstring bag
